Looks like a photoshop to me. I don't believe she actually has a job.I believe she is drinking, but I bet dollars to doughnuts that the background is fake!

That looks pretty good....I don't get to officially drink at work, but the waters so rank if you drink enough it'll give you a buzz! :)
That is so awesome! Have a beer for me. My drinking quotient has gone up lately... :-)~ I've graduated to real vodka or rum...no more fruity stuff for me. Now I'll just pretend to have a harbor or lake in the background. Thanks for enhancing my imagination!
